Our minimum service charge is $120.
The $120 minimum applies to:
• Up to 500 square feet of carpet, tile and grout, or LVP
• One couch or similar upholstery item
• Other small cleaning projects that fall below our minimum service amount
For larger jobs, pricing is based on the actual square footage being cleaned.
We charge by the square foot rather than charging a flat price for every room.
This allows us to price each job fairly because rooms and areas can vary greatly in size. A small bedroom and a large living room should not be priced the same simply because they are both considered one room.
As a general example, many typical rooms may work out to around $40 per room. This is only a general example and is not a flat room price.
Your final price is based on the actual square footage and the specific areas or items you would like cleaned.
